If patient has evidence of hyponatremia (headache, trouble concentrating, confusion, weakness, unsteadiness), notify prescriber. If imbalance is confirmed, expect to stop drug and give appropriate care.
• Watch patient for suicidal tendencies, especially when therapy starts and dosage changes.
